Welcome to the Basilica of St. Adalbert and welcome parishioners from St. Mary Catholic Church, who also participate in Youth Faith Formation at the Basilica. 

The greatest gift we can give to our children is the gift of faith. Formation is so important to all of us, that we are all called to grow closer in our relationship with God. It is in our parishes and home where this faith and formation is to flourish. At the Basilica our Youth Faith Formation Program is to assist parents in forming their children in the faith. From October to the beginning of May we have programs for both children and their parents. 

Before any Sacramental Preparation (Baptism, Reconciliation, Confirmation, First Holy Communion) can begin, we require that you be an active registered member for at least six months and your child has been attending some sort of religious education or Catholic Schooling in the past year. This means attending a weekend liturgy with our parish community, using your weekly offering envelopes or online giving, and/or taking part in parish activities.
